Turnaround Times
I want you to get your pretties as soon as possible but obviously some times I am busier with orders than others (Christmas, Mother's Day & Easter in particular)
As all items are handmade solely by myself, then sometimes dispatch can be a little slower.
If you require something to be made/personalised for a certain date then please do message me & I will do my best to facilitate this.
Realistically it is best to have your order placed at least 1-2 weeks before it is required.
Payment Methods
Here at Charella's we accept all major credit & debit cards through PayPal. A PayPal account is not actually needed to pay this way, just select the 'Pay by credit/debit card' option at the checkout.
Delivery
All items are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. I do, however, offer collection for people who live locally & if you do wish to collect then please make sure that you select this option at the checkout. You will then just need to email me to make arrangements for collection (either here via the 'Contact Us' section or if not via any of my other social media platforms.....Facebook, Instagram or via WhatsApp)
A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been dispatched
Refunds & Returns
I really do hope that you will be pleased with your order but if there are any problems then please contact me where I will do my absolute best to try to rectify the situation.
If an item or order is broken, faulty or incomplete then please make sure that you contact me with 3 days so that I can sort this for you. After this time I will not be able to accept responsibility-this does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are required to return your item the I request that proof of postage be obtained as I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in transit.
